Didn’t Received Order Confirmation Email

Please check your spam folder. Make sure the email [email protected] is added to your address book so emails regarding your order directly lands in your inbox folder. If you still face trouble locating your order confirmation, don’t worry. Send us an email to [email protected] and our representative will immediately give you your order details and confirmation. You can also use direct chat option on our website to talk to our live representative.

I Didn’t Received My Tracking

  • Orders are shipping now! Orders placed before December 18 will have confirm delivery before Christmas- please don’t panic! We’re working 24/7 to update tracking regularly. The huge roll out during peak shopping season may cause slight delay. All orders are shipping in a unified manner and are line for a fast shipment.
  • Confirming the email in your order receipt is correct: sometime due to wrong email address, customers are not able to receive tracking details. Please confirm if the email you provided is correct or not. If not, you can always change your email by contacting us at [email protected]
  • Checking spam folder: Your order might be shipped and tracking might be shared. Please check your spam folder to reconfirm if tracking is received or not. We are always available anytime for your kind assistance. Just shoot us an email at [email protected] if you still face issue finding your tracking details.

Order Processing Time

Your order is processed within 24 hours, and tracking information is shared within 48 hours of placing your order. Estimated delivery time (EDT) for our orders is 2-7 business days. Please Note: Deliveries may face delays due to weather conditions, peak shopping season, or prolonged custom process. Please allow 7-8 days for order processing and shipping. We’re working 24/7 to update tracking regularly.

Wrong Address

If you’ve entered the wrong address, please reach out to us at [email protected]. Unfortunately, if you order is shipped, we can’t change the address to re-route the parcel. Order processing time is 24 hours. After which package is usually handed over to the courier facility.

Cancel My Order

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. This way we will not ship it and refund you the initial amount you paid. Once shipped, you will only qualify for return and refund as soon as the package is received. Please don’t open you package if you intend to return it.

Missing item / incomplete order

Based on stock availability, you might receive different tracking for more than one item in your order. This is because your items are shipped from different locations. In case of more than 1 tracking, we always send you the second tracking number. If you didn’t receive the partial order, please don’t panic. We always take full responsibility for sending you the complete order items you have paid for. We always suggest you to let us know if there is any missing item, and you didn’t receive any tracking either. In case of our fault, we will arrange the shipping for other item and will send it to you immediately.

Cancel a product that is in transit?

Products marked “In Transit” cannot be cancelled. The EDT is 7 business days. If delivered within this time, initiate a return request and submit product images via email. Please don’t open you package if you want to return it.

Received damaged product!

If you receive a damaged product, contact us with a picture through email at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Tracking not working

Contact us if the shipping status remains unchanged or if tracking is not working. We’ll investigate and arrange for reshipment if necessary, at no extra cost to you.

I didn’t receive my package and it says delivered

If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, contact your local courier provider first. Then reach out to us via email for further assistance. Please be assured we are always here for your help until the issue is completely resolved.

Return or Refund for used items

Used items cannot be returned or refunded. The product must be in its original, unopened condition.

How return is processed?

You have 48 hours to initiate the return process after receiving the product. Send product images via email at [email protected]. Once received, we’ll inspect it within 2 business days and process your return.

Who Bears The Return Shipping Cost?

If you change your mind or no longer need the product, you bear the return shipping cost. If the product is damaged or different from what you ordered, My Hero Cards will cover the return shipping cost.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. The processing time for all international orders (other than the USA) is 7-8 business days.

Can I Change My Order after It’s Placed?
