Q: How can I order?

A: Simply click the ADD TO CART and then click check out where you will be directed to the information page. You will write your billing information like your name, email, address, country, phone number. If your shipping address is different or you want to gift it to someone then you can click the check box with the title “Is your shipping address different?” and write the other person’s information.

Once done, select your standard ensured shipping option, then add your card information and click the button “Place Oder”

 

Q: Where are we located?

A: We are located in the US, and have our warehouse worldwide. We have warehouses in different parts of the world, you will get your games set depending upon the nearest warehouse or availability of cards because we are already running out of stock from many warehouses.

 

Q: What if I ordered and you run out of stock?

A: If you don’t land on the information page, this means we are sold out. If you can reach the information page then this means we are still in stock. We recommend you to be an early bird.

 

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: YES! we do offer free shipping. It depends on the current promotion running or special events. Apart from this, we also give free products to people who opt to our email list, especially those whose birthdays are coming :). You will always save extra dollars if you buy set of 2. As we all know extra is always amazing

 

Q: What payment methods can I use?

A: You can use all the major credit cards and debit cards.

 

Q: What if i entered the wrong details and wanted to change it?

A: If you entered a wrong shipping address or email and the order is placed then don’t worry, you can send us an email at support@myherocards.com and our representative will reach you ASAP. Please make sure to be quick as if the order is shipped and you entered the wrong address then we can’t change the address as it would be flying somewhere in the sky to reach your provided address as soon as possible. However, in the case of a wrong email, you can change the email address anytime for keeping yourself updated.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: This is the hard part for us 🙁 If you want to cancel your order, please do as soon as possible within 24 hours. This is because if the conditions are favorable then your order gets shipped and handed over to the courier service within 24 hours. Please contact support@myherocards.com. We also recommend you read our cancelation policy before you proceed further.
